Survivor support programs are the ideal mechanism to facilitate compassionate connected care between patients, families, and members of the care team.  This training includes communication, empathy, critical thinking, problem-solving, leadership, and organizational abilities, as well as the capacity for interpersonal connection, change management, and evaluation and feedback collection.
